The informational film

Being diagnosed with breast cancer prompts many questions and fears in those affected. Which therapy makes the most sense for me? How should I behave towards my partner, my friends, my entire environment? What can I do for myself?

The informational brochure and the film entitled „Durch die Brust ins Herz – Herausforderung Brustkrebs“ provide answers to these and many other questions. Parts I-III of the film focus on the courage and determination of diagnosed women actively rising to the challenge of breast cancer. They describe these women’s experiences with diagnosis, therapy and post-operative treatment as well as the effects of the disease on partnership, family and career. Experts supplement the patients’ experiences with current knowledge on the topic of breast cancer.
